Nutrition Workshop

Diabetes care is a multifactorial everyday process, from managing glucose levels and avoiding any fluctuations to accurately counting meal carbohydrates for Insulin dosing. Maintaining a coherent healthy lifestyle for diabetics requires good knowledge of nutrition and recognizing how eating behavior can influence managing diabetes.
