Summary

MENTOR is provided to diabetes educators as they are fundamental part of the multidisciplinary team of managing diabetes, educators will be more empowered to coach patients so that the benefit goes back to them to help them understand their diabetes and how it affects their personal lives, and work with them to set behavior change goals to improve their health.

 

MENTOR: Aims to educate diabetes educators and nurses on the fundamentals and unexplored topics related to diabetes.

MENTOR Plus+: Gaining more understanding through our workshops about diabetes care from the perspective of an educator/nurse.
